986/996 Ceramic IMS Bearing
For the 986 (Boxster) and 996 models we are now able to fit a replacement ceramic IMS bearing as fitted by LN Engineering in the U.S. For more information see LN Engineering's website. We have all the latest tools/pullers supplied directly from LN. The most cost-effective time to replace this bearing is during a clutch replacement for example, but some owners may want peace of mind knowing the bearing has been changed.
